At Hot Stuff Bakeware, we're offering three types of cake boards. For large-size cakes, you can buy drum boards, and for the rest, you can use regular cake boards. Masonite or MDF boards can be used ruggedly without any special attention or care as they're built a little thicker and stronger than cardboard. Thin cardboards can also be used for a long time, but they need to be cared well. You can also provide cake on these thin cardboards because they are degradable.

How durable are the thin cardboards?

Thin cardboards can be used for a long time if you can handle it with care. The thickness of cardboards is much less than that of Masonite boards, and that's the reason why they're cheaper than regular boards. One can break them with ease as they're very delicate, but you'll face no issue at all while making cake. They perform as well as Masonite and MDF boards. Their durability depends on how frequently and robustly you use them.
